You must have a valid email address when ordering.
Please ensure your Eircode is included at checkout for faster delivery!
Click and Collect
We offer free Click and Collect with our partner store Clarkes Newsagents & Gift Shop, O'Rahilly Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland, F26 Y226.
Choose Pick up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
When collecting your order after receiving your ready-for-pickup email bring;
- your order number (or confirmation email)
- photo ID.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need the order number.
Orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and refunded; contact us at support@littleoaktoys.ie if you need more time.
Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Dispatch Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (like Christmas or Sale events), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the UK, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use An Post for all our deliveries to ensure your toys arrive safely and quickly.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by An Post and apply after the 1–2 day processing period.
Free Delivery
Orders €75 or more qualify for free delivery within the Republic of Ireland. Order Processing and shipping times remain the same for free deliveries.
The minimum is calculated after discounts: For example, an €80 basket with €10 off counts as €70, so it wouldn’t meet a €75 free-delivery minimum. Paying with a gift card or store credit doesn’t reduce the qualifying amount.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your parcel's journey at AnPost.com.
Taxes & VAT
All prices displayed on Little Oak Toys include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see is the price you pay; no additional duties or taxes will be added at checkout.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your Eircode and address!
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can resend it to you, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
- If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery, we will refund the cost of the goods minus the original shipping fee.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Damaged Items: Please contact us at support@littleoaktoys.ie within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Lost Items: If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, let us know and we will investigate with An Post on your behalf.
